02Do you handle files outside Baghdad?
After reviewing the request, our team will confirm whether the file can be handled before courts and authorities in other governorates.
03Can I follow my file remotely?
Yes. We keep clients regularly updated by phone, WhatsApp or email.
04What documents are needed when getting in touch?
No documents are required at first contact. After reviewing your request, the team will explain which documents are needed and how to hand them over.
05Will my information remain confidential?
We maintain confidentiality in line with lawyers’ professional and legal obligations, and we recommend not sending confidential information before coordinating with the team.
06Does sending a contact request mean you accept my case?
No. Sending a request does not create a lawyer–client relationship and is not an acceptance of instructions; that happens only under a later agreement with the firm.
