This policy explains how Al-Azm Law, Legal Consultancy & Legal Services Company (“the Company”) handles the data it receives through this website.

Data we collect

When you submit the “Contact request” form, we receive only the data you enter yourself: your name, phone number, email address (optional), request type and a short description. The form does not currently allow files or documents to be uploaded.

How we use it

We use this data only to contact you about your request. Requests are stored in the website’s administration panel, a notification is sent to the Company’s email, and they are seen by the staff responsible for following up requests.

Sharing data

We do not sell your data or share it with other parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose it where required by law or at the request of a competent authority.

Data retention

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to follow them up, and you may ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to us.
